BELLY!!!!!

Suzy and I went to our first Power Belly class last night at Visionary Dance Productions in Fremont. I finally found a form of excersize I love. Not like, I said LOVE. Holy crap, what fun! Delilah, owner and teacher is truly amazing. She loves what she does and after making me sweat like never before for an entire non-stop hour I did not hate her, not even a little. Women of all shapes and abilities were there, yet another reason to like it. The spangly scarf is fun too!

SO LONG STEVE-O

Steve Irwin died the way he lived. Spectacularly. While he certainly leaves behind a wonderful legacy of animal conservation, I keep thinking about what else we all can take from his short but amazing life. Passion, the ability to live completely and fully taking huge bites and never regretting a moment of it. Always doing what you love because you love it and being brave enough to do it your way no matter what.
Pretty spectacular.

BACK FROM THE DEAD TO BITCH ABOUT SOMETHING

Starbucks is going back to it's old logo. It's about time. If you've never seen it, go to the original Starbucks in Pike Place Market. The logo is a more realistic, less sanitized, topless two tailed mermaid with a crown and long flowing hair. I think it's pretty cool. Some people, however don't.
Apparently, the mermaids titties are causing an uproar with the uptight. Teachers are afraid students will be distracted by two circles with dots in them on the coffee cups. The politically correct are, as usual, pretty much wrong. You all make me tired. Drink your coffee and get a life.
